Will my set still be fresh when it arrives?
A
We take great pains to ensure your arba minim will be 100% fresh when they reach you. The perishable aravos and hadasim are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness, and the lulavim and etrogim are chosen carefully to ensure they will last. In addition, we typically ship using UPS Priority service due to its superior speed compared to ground service. Rest assured that your arba minim will arrive beautiful and fresh.

How are the arba minim packaged?
A
The etrog is placed inside a soft foam and boxed. The lulav is inserted in a holder and bagged. Aravos and hadassim are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. The entire set is then placed in a top-rated shipping box with a “bursting strength” of 200 lbs. per square inch. We use tougher boxes despite the additional cost to us to ensure your order arrives at your doorstep intact.

Where did you source your etrogim?
A
We carry etrogim from Israel, Italy (Yanover), Yeminte and Morocco. Each type has its own unique characteristic shape, color and look. You can choose your preference by selecting Custom Options

How can you offer top-quality merchandise at average prices?

Since we are the Grower and importer, We have built up a strong customer base over our many years in this industry, including supplying many schools and synagogues. Due to the large volume of our business we have the leverage to offer outstanding merchandise at reasonable prices.

When will my set be shipped?
A
All orders received by 1:30 PM on business days are shipped same day. Orders received later than 1:30 are shipped the following day. We ship via USPS, so your order will arrive in 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Do you have discount prices for wholesalers or synagogues?

We offer special prices for large orders. Please contact us directly

Do you accept returns?
A
Unfortunately, due to the fact that our products are perishable in nature and will not hold up well under repeated shipping and the highly seasonal nature of our business we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final.
